NOVELTY - Radiating paint comprises 20-40 pts. wt. graphene, 5-12 pts. wt. saturated polyester resin, 3-14 pts. wt. silicone, 2-4 pts. wt. polyimide, 2-9 pts. wt. thermal conductive metal powder, 3-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 1-5 pts. wt. cellulose, 3-10 pts. wt. amino resin, 10-30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphite modifier and 1.5-5.5 pts. wt. viscous agent. USE - The paint is useful for household appliance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has simple preparation process, low cost, excellent heat dissipation, high thermal conductivity, and is easy to obtain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiating paint comprising (i) pre-mixing graphene, saturated polyester resin, silicone, polyimide, heat conducting metal powder and organic solvent to obtain solution, adding polyvinyl butyral, cellulose in solution, then into high-speed disperser, dispersing, where speed of high-speed disperser is 100-150 revolution per minute for 10-15 minutes, (ii) adding amino resin solution, silane coupling agent, graphite modifier and remaining organic solvent into high-speed disperser, dispersing at 200-300 revolution per minute for 10-20 minutes and scattering to obtain slurry, (iii) transferring slurry to a ball mill, adding slurry to viscous agent, ball milling at 2500-3500 revolution per minute for 4-6 hours, and (iv) allowing to stand slurry obtained in step (iii) for 24 hours.
