NOVELTY - A modified plastic composite material, comprises 20-30 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. synthetic rubber, 15-20 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) resin, 15-20 pts. wt. composition (A), 4-6 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 15-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylenebis(stearamide), 3-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. white carbon black, 6-8 pts. wt. active agent, 7-9 pts. wt. filler, 3-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. reinforcing agent, 12-15 pts. wt. carbon nanofiber, 0.8-1.2 pt. wt. impact modifier, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. toughening agent, 7-9 pts. wt. metal oxide powder and 10-12 pts. wt. porous ceramic material. USE - Modified plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified plastic composite material has excellent anti-aging performance and corrosion resistance, and high wear resistance and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified plastic composite material, which involves (S1) mixing natural rubber, synthetic rubber, MBS resin, composition (A), nano-silica, ethylenebis(stearamide), white carbon black, filler, carbon nanofiber, metal oxide powder and porous ceramic material in low-rate mixer for 4-5 minutes, adding crosslinking agent, chain extender and antioxidant, fast mixing uniformly for 6-8 minutes to obtain mixture (M1), (S2) mixing active agent, nucleating agent, reinforcing agent, impact modifier and toughening agent in high-rate mixer for 4-5 minutes, adding prescription amount of titanic acid ester coupling agent for three times, uniformly dispersing for 7-9 minutes to obtain mixture (M2), (S3) fast mixing uniformly mixture (M1) and (M2) for 10-12 minutes, (S4) feeding in twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding, cooling and granulating.
