▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene comprises performing an oxidative intercalation of a graphite powder with concentrated sulfuric acid, followed by oxidation using oxidizing agents, cold expansion of intercalated graphite, and mechanical elimination of graphite layers, where the elimination is carried out in grinding drums of a planetary mill whose axis of rotation are positioned vertically or at an angle to the axis of rotation of the carrier, with one or both end walls of the grinding bars that are made spherical and conjugated with the shell in a radius equal to or greater than the radius of the balls. USE - The process is useful for producing graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a planetary mill comprising a base, a carrier with a drive of rotation of the grinding drums, made in the form of cylindrical shells with end walls and a lid for loading the starting material and grinding balls and unloading the finished product, a drive of rotation of the drums relative to its own axes, where the coupling between end walls and a cylindrical shell are made with a radius (r), which is determined from the relation r of (1-1.1)(dw/2), where dm is the diameter of the grinding ball.
