NOVELTY - A catalytic metal layer is loaded into a chamber, tensile force is applied to catalytic metal layer and graphene is formed on catalytic metal layer by supplying carbon source to chamber while applying tension to the catalytic metal layer. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene having excellent uniformity with high quality. The size of grains on the catalytic metal layer is increased by applying tension to the catalytic metal layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus used for manufacturing graphene.
