NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly degradable food-grade antibacterial plastic packaging film comprises 200-300 pts. wt. polypropylene, 50-120 pts. wt. plant starch, 30-80 pts. wt. grass coral fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. silicone oil, 3-6 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. glycerol, 2-5 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-12 pts. wt. bamboo powder, 10-15 pts. wt. antibacterial powder, 8-18 pts. wt. photosensitizer, 1-7 pts. wt. neopentyl polyol polyester, 3-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2-4 pts. wt. food preservative, 1-6 pts. wt. degradation accelerant, and 8-12 pts. wt. vegetable oil. USE - Used as environmentally-friendly degradable food-grade antibacterial plastic packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The packaging film: has certain antibacterial and anticorrosive effect; and avoids the bad antibacterial effect of the plastic packaging film and thus protects the food in plastic packaging film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the environmentally-friendly degradable food-grade antibacterial plastic packaging film, comprising (i) sequentially adding polypropylene, vegetable starch, grass coral fiber, silicone oil, heavy calcium carbonate, glycerol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, graphene, bamboo powder, antibacterial powder, photosensitizer, neopentyl polyol ester, toughening agent, food preservative, degradation accelerator and vegetable oil into a heated stirred tank, stirring and mixing in a thermal stirring tank at a medium speed at 45-65 degrees C for 20-60 minutes, and adjusting to a low speed for 60-120 minutes, (ii) melting, extruding and cooling the mixture through a single screw extruder, (iii) granulating the above-mentioned cooled material by using a granulator, and sieving the granulated material, and (iv) pressing the sieved particles into a film by using a tablet press.
