▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of low-cost graphene quantum dot comprises adding carbonaceous raw material to reaction vessel, adding oxidant, ultrasonically dispersing, heating, and cooling. USE - Method for preparation of low-cost graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly, does not use harsh reagent/reaction condition, and has post-processing purification procedure yield of up to more than 80%. The graphene quantum has stable dispersibility in water, stable structure and little impurities.
