NOVELTY - The plate has a hard plastic plate whose surface is coated with graphene. A high temperature resistant insulation layer is coated with silicon carbide, where thickness of high temperature resistant insulation layer is 10-1000nm and the hard plastic plate is made of polyamide, phenolic aldehyde resin, epoxy resin and polyimide. USE - High heating carbon crystal plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate reduces working temperature and avoids oxidization, and has high heating efficiency and prolonged service life.
