NOVELTY - Preparing super durable material comprises mixing 35-57% ground cement, 15-45% graded fine sand, 15-45% ultra-fine ash and 0.3-1.5% additives, adding water, stirring to obtain a mortar, making the mortar into perform, steam curing the preform, vacuum degassing and dehydrating in a carbonization kettle, introducing gaseous and liquid carbon dioxide into a carbonization kettle, controlling the pressure and temperature so that the carbon dioxide entering the carbonization kettle is in a supercritical state, maintaining at a constant temperature for 2-200 minutes, taking out the preform from the carbonization kettle, polishing surface and spraying anti-corrosion and wear-resistant material on the surface of the preform. USE - The method is useful for preparing super durable material. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the strength and durability of high-performance cement-based materials; can realize large-scale substitution of plates, pipes and profiles made of metals e.g. steel and aluminum and has the durability of ceramic materials.
