▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An in-situ grown graphene-reinforced carbon fiber/silicon carbide composite material comprises a carbon fiber preform, a pyrolytic carbon (PyC) interface layer, a graphene, and a silicon carbide substrate. The PyC interface layer has a thickness of 300-500 nm. The number of graphene layers is 3-5 layers. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: effectively solves the problem that the graphene is difficult to be uniformly dispersed and easily agglomerated in the carbon fiber preform; and significantly improves the mechanical properties of carbon fiber/silicon carbide composite material by in-situ growth of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the in-situ grown graphene-reinforced carbon fiber/silicon carbide composite material.
