▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nylon fiber composite material comprises dispersing graphene in a polysaccharide solution to obtain a graphene/polysaccharide dispersion, where the sheet thickness of the graphene is 2-50 nm, mixing the graphene/ polysaccharide dispersion and nylon powder to obtain a graphene/nylon dispersion liquid, drying the graphene/nylon dispersion liquid to obtain a graphene/nylon powder and melt-spinning the graphene/nylon powder to obtain the graphene/nylon fiber composite material. USE - The material is useful in the field of thermal underwear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: uses a polysaccharide solution as a solvent, which has dual role: one as a dispersion medium for graphene and second as bonding role between graphene and nylon powder, thus graphene can be uniformly coated on the surface of nylon powder; is simple, easy to operate and suitable for industrialization. The material: has good antibacterial effects with more than 99% against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae; achieves rapid temperature rise under infrared light irradiation; irradiates the composite material with an infrared lamp at 100 degrees C to increase the surface of the sample from 25-49 degrees C within 10 seconds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/nylon fiber composite material prepared by above method.
