NOVELTY - Laser etching masterbatch with luminous effect color identification comprises 78-97.94 wt.% carrier resin, 0.01-3 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 0.01-3 wt.% graphene, 0.01-1 wt.% light reflecting agent, 2-8 wt.% foaming agent, 0.01-5 wt.% organic composite nuclear luminous powder, 0.01-1 wt.% dispersant and 0.01-1 wt.% processing stabilizer. USE - Used as laser etching masterbatch with luminous effect color identification. ADVANTAGE - The etching masterbatch: has excellent compatibility with resins e.g. polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyamide (PA) and polycarbonates (PC); has excellent dispersibility in the base resin; is bio-based polymers, and environmentally friendly materials; ensures the stability of the color masterbatch under the processing temperature of different resins; gives the functionality of luminous effect, and optional luminous color; and has temperature resistance of 800degrees Celsius, service life of more than 20 years, and excellent universality and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the etching masterbatch, comprising (1) taking carrier resin, carbon nanotubes, graphene, light reflecting agent, foaming agent, organic composite nuclear luminous powder, dispersant and processing stabilizer, and (2) adding the above-mentioned carrier resin and auxiliary agent mixed raw materials through the main feeding port of the twin-screw extruder, obtaining the laser radium engraving masterbatch after processes e.g. melt extrusion, granulation, and drying at temperature of 200-260degrees Celsius.
