▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of impregnated resin material involves (s1) oxidizing carbon powder with a mixed solution of concentrated nitric acid or sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and potassium hypochlorite, washing with water until neutral to obtain oxidized carbon powder, (s2) adding the oxidized carbon powder and 6-12C fatty acid to an organic solvent for mixing, heating and stirring, washing, centrifuging, and drying to obtain a modified carbon filler, (s3) adding thermosetting resin to the organic solvent and mixing, and then adding the modified carbon filler to obtain impregnating material, and (s4) soaking carbon fiber paper blank in the impregnating material, and drying to obtain a carbon filler/resin composite densified and modified carbon paper blank. USE - Preparation of impregnated resin material for densification of carbon fiber paper. ADVANTAGE - The impregnated resin material is prepared using modified carbon filler having improved dispersion stability without using a dispersant. The carbon filler/resin dispersion liquid can be obtained by dispersing the carbon filler/resin in organic solutions of phenolic resin, furan resin and their modified resin. The prepared impregnating material solution has long-acting dispersion stability, can keep the suspension dispersion state of filler particles for a long time, and is beneficial to impregnation densification of carbon paper blanks and uniform distribution of carbon filler.
