NOVELTY - The method involves weighing a predetermined mass ratio of active material, conductive agent, and binder, adding them to a predetermined solvent, and preparing electrode slurry with a predetermined solid content through ball milling or magnetic stirring. The electrode slurry is injected into the integrated working platform, and coating, drying, peeling and winding are sequentially performed to obtain a flexible thin-film electrode, to realize large-scale continuous preparation of the flexible thin-film electrode. USE - Integrated working platform method for large-scale preparation of flexible film electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the flexible film electrode with better flexibility, better electrochemical performance and wide application range, and avoiding powder falling phenomenon.
