▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The electrode has a thin film that is provided with a graphene nano ribbon which is provided in the electrode formation area (20). The electrode formation area is provided outside the pattern area of the self-assembled monolayer. USE - Electrode such as source electrode, gate electrode and drain electrode for organic-semiconductor element such as organic thin-film transistor used in planar light source and display apparatus and photoelectric conversion element used in solar cell module and image sensor (all claimed). Can also be used for organic electroluminescent element, electronic tag and LCD element used in computer, TV, mobile telephone, car navigation system and video camera. ADVANTAGE - The organic semiconductor element can be easily manufactured at low cost. The field effect mobility of the organic semiconductor element is improved, so as to improve the response speed of the organic semiconductor element. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing electrode for organic-semiconductor element; (2) organic thin-film transistor; (3) a method for manufacturing organic thin-film transistor; (4) a planar light source; (5) a display apparatus; (6) a photoelectric conversion element; (7) a solar cell module; and (8) an image sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the organic thin-film transistor. Substrate (1) Organic-semiconductor layer (2) Insulating layer (3) Electrode formation area (20) Organic thin-film transistor (100)
