NOVELTY - Graphene dispersion liquid comprises graphene and a dispersant, where graphene is surface-treated with a surface treatment agent containing nitrogen, and dispersed in a solvent comprising greater than or equal to 50 %mass water. USE - The dispersion liquid is useful for producing an electrode for a secondary battery (claimed), preferably a positive electrode for secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The liquid has high dispersibility, and maintains high conductivity for prolonged period of time when used as additive for electrode material.
