NOVELTY - An electrochemical receptor sensor preparing method involves preparing a graphene thioindigo complex, obtaining a receptor protein beta-lactam sensor-transducer-carboxyl-terminal domain, constructing a receiver sensor and preparing a probe signal. USE - Method for preparing electrochemical receptor sensor for detecting beta-lactam antibiotic e.g. cephalexin, cefquinome, ceftiofur, penicillin G and ampicillin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing electrochemical receptor sensor with high accuracy and better sensitivity in rapid and cost effective manner.
