NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-based melamine resin comprises 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. carbon nanotube, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. aluminum phosphate, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. aqueous formaldehyde, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene, dimethylformamide/dichloromethane mixture at mass ratio of 1:1, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. t-butyl hydroperoxide, citric acid, pH regulator and ethanol. USE - Graphene oxide-based melamine resin. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-based melamine resin has high thermal stability, high bending strength, high electrical conductivity and good mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene oxide-based melamine resin comprising dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethyl formamide, polyethylene oxide in dimethyl formamide/dichloromethane mixture, mixing two solutions, adding carbon nanotube, aluminum phosphate and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and t-butyl hydroperoxide, heating at 60-70 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing residue with ethanol 2-3 times to obtain modified graphene oxide, mixing melamine in 37% formaldehyde, heating at 70-75 degrees C, stirring to dissolve, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding pH regulator, adjusting pH to 8-9, reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide containing melamine resin prepolymer, placing in oven under vacuum, heating at 30 degrees C, adjusting pH to 5-6 using citric acid, and curing for 8-9 hours.
