NOVELTY - Composition comprises graphite conductive agent, graphene conductive agent, dispersant and water-based resin. The dispersant is selected from sulfonate, sulfate ester salt and carboxylate. USE - Composition is used in field of chemical power supply (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has good conductivity, corrosion resistance, adhesion, reduces pollution and solves technical defects that graphite emulsion in the battery is difficult to balance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composition, which involves dissolving dispersant in deionized water for the first dispersion, mixing with the graphite conductive agent for the second dispersion, and mixing with the water-based resin to obtain the first product, dissolving dispersant in deionized water for the first dispersion, mixing with the graphene conductive agent for second dispersion, and mixing with water-based resin to obtain second product, adding second product to the first product and stirring to obtain product, interchanging order of step one and step two in room temperature environment.
