▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A low fill quantity graphene/silicone composite material contains 100 mass parts dimethyl silicon oil, 0.1-1.5 mass parts functional parts reducing graphene oxide, and 0.01-0.05 mass part silane coupling agent in which silicon grease is composed of function reducing graphene oxide sheet made of silicon oil filler. USE - Low fill quantity graphene/silicone composite material for high power electric component of packaging heat-radiation material, such as LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves reliability and service life of component, and has high thermal conductivity, simple preparation, low cost, and good repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/silicone composite material which involves adding 5 g natural crystalline graphite to 115 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, uniformly stirring, adding 15 g potassium permanganate (KMnO4), low-speed stirring at 3-5 degrees C constant water bath temperature for 2.5 hours, continuously stirring in 30-35 degrees C constant water bath temperature for 2 hours, heating water bath to 80 degrees C, continuously stirring at 60-70 degrees C, dropwise adding 250 ml deionized water when sample color is brown, observing color change from brown to bright red, dropwise adding 50 ml hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) until sample color changer to golden yellow completely, filtering obtained product, cleaning sample using deionized water until neutral, ultrasonically oscillating for 30 minutes, drying at 45 degrees C for 72 hours to obtain graphene oxide sample, grinding to powder, heating to 200 degrees C under vacuum condition for 10 minutes to obtain reduction-oxidation graphene sheet, dissolving silane coupling agent in 95 wt.% ethanol solution to obtain 25 wt.% solution, continuously stirring to dissolve completely, adding reduction-oxidation graphene, ultrasonically stirring in 65 degrees C water bath for 4 hours, evaporating solvent, placing solution in evaporating dish, oven-drying at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, reacting at 120 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain functional part reducing graphene oxide sheet, adding dimethyl silicon oil in double-roll mill, adding functional part reducing graphene oxide sheet, fully mixing at 25 degrees C for 30 minutes, colleting mixture, and aging for 24 hours.
