▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Diamond coating, where the coating uses a hard alloy as a base material to deposit a diamond thin film, where the raw material components of the hard alloy comprises 0.1-1 wt.% graphene, 2-3 wt.% cobalt, 97.9-96 wt.% tungsten carbide. USE - Diamond coating. ADVANTAGE - The diamond coating, which achieves the dual effects of improving the toughness of the diamond-coated cemented carbide substrate and eliminating the adverse effects of cobalt, providing an effective method for improving the performance of diamond-coated cemented carbide products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a diamond coating, which comprises mixing dispersed graphene and cobalt powder with a tungsten carbide ball mill to obtain a slurry, vacuum drying and sintering to obtain a cemented carbide matrix, and pretreating the above substrate and depositing a diamond coating, that is, obtained.
