▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an erbium-doped optical fiber amplifier whose first end is sequentially connected with an optical fiber isolator (4) and a first end of a first optical fiber coupler (5). Another end of the first optical fiber coupler is connected with first ends of two optical fiber circulators (6, 10). Other ends of the optical fiber circulators are connected with a first end of a second optical fiber coupler (9). Another end of the second optical fiber coupler is connected with another end of the erbium-doped optical fiber amplifier. Two sections of a tapered optical fiber are connected together by a section of a transition optical fiber, where diameter of the tapered optical fiber is smaller than diameter of the transition optical fiber. The transition optical fiber is formed on a graphene layer. USE - Gain competition temperature measuring device. ADVANTAGE - The device can generate gain competition by utilizing two annular laser resonant cavities so as to improve sensitivity of the detection module when detecting temperature.
