NOVELTY - A thermoelectric composite material comprises graphene oxide attached with conductive metal nanoparticles dispersed in a thermoelectric material. USE - Thermoelectric composite material is used for semiconductor laser diode. ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric composite material has excellent phonon scattering effect, low thermal conductivity, and suppressed deterioration of electroconductivity.
