NOVELTY - A non-toxic nano coating comprises 0-30 pts. wt. solid epoxy resin, 10-50 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 1-10 pts. wt. solvent-free graphene colloid, 1-10 pts. wt. solvent-free nano-titanium dioxide colloid, 5-15 pts. wt. solvent-free nano-titanium colloid, 10-20 pts. wt. additive filler, 10-20 pts. wt. flexible plasticizer, 9-20 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-8 pts. wt. additive and 20-60 pts. wt. mixed solvent. USE - Non-toxic nano coating for domestic water tanks, power plant cooling water towers, glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling water towers, air heat exchanger and factory circulating water device. ADVANTAGE - The non-toxic nano coating has excellent corrosion resistance, anti-scaling and anti-bioadhesion effects, and excellent free chlorine corrosion resistance, and is easy to store and prepared by simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the non-toxic nano coating, which involves preparing solvent-free graphene colloid, solvent-free nano-titanium dioxide colloid, and solvent-free nano-titanium colloid, preparing component (A) by mixing solid epoxy resin, liquid epoxy resin, a portion of mixed solvent, solvent-free graphene colloid, solvent-free nano-titanium colloid, flexible plasticizer, additive and additive filler, preparing component (B) by mixing curing agent, remaining amount of mixed solvent and solvent-free nano-titanium dioxide colloid.
