▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a graphite column provided with rod-shaped graphite, and graphene layers covering a portion or both ends of the graphite pillar. The graphene layers cover an outer circumferential surface of the column, where each surface of rod-shape graphite is coated with the graphene layers. Photoelectrons generated by incident light at one end of the pillar vertically move to the other end. The current density due to the movement of the photoelectrons increases linearly as intensity of the incident light increases. USE - Quantum type photon detector for measuring greenhouse gas concentration for optical sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite column has simple structure and effectively responds to optical characteristics of various atmospheric environments. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the graphite rod constituting a graphite column of the device. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
