NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon quantum dot functionalized graphene oxide layered film involves vacuum filtering dopamine-modified graphene oxide aqueous solution from the stack to the microfiltration membrane, adding citric acid aqueous solution and diethylenetriamine aqueous solution separately, vacuum filtering, adding the filtered cake and filtered membrane to water for microwave treatment, drying and peeling off the membrane. USE - Preparation of carbon quantum dot functionalized graphene oxide layered film for preparing proton exchange membrane (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon quantum dot functionalized graphene oxide layered film exhibits high proton conductivity and stability in aqueous solution than existing inorganic graphene oxide layered film.
