▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dyeable graphene-nylon composite material, where the composite material uses dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as solvent. The graphene-nylon composite material is obtained by reacting sulfonated graphene, nylon, and auxiliary agent. The mass percentage of the sulfonated graphene, nylon, and auxiliary agent is 15-35:60-80:1-5. USE - Dyeable graphene-nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The dyeable graphene-nylon composite material solves the problem that the carbon material reinforced polyamide composite material cannot be dyed, broadens the application range of the graphene-nylon material. The prepared composite material has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the dyeable graphene-nylon composite material, which involves: (A) adding sulfonated graphene into dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), ultrasonically vibrating for 0.5 hours to obtain the sulfonated graphene-dimethyl sulfoxide uniform dispersion with a mass concentration of 20-90 milligrams/milliliter (mg/mL); and (B) adding the sulfonated grapheme-dimethyl sulfoxide dispersion liquid, the auxiliary agent, nylon and solvent dimethyl sulfoxide into the reaction kettle, polymerizing for 4 hours at 160 degrees C to obtain the graphene-nylon composite material.
