NOVELTY - Modified nitrile rubber composite material comprises mixed rubber, butadiene rubber, fiber composite materials, nano composite materials, compounding agent including cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, silane coupling agent, softening agent, curing agent, vulcanization accelerator, anti-mold agent, anti-aging agent and anti-cracking agent, filler includes graphene, precipitated silica, glass fiber, chlorinated paraffin and sulfur. The mixture includes 30-60 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 30-60 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 30-60 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 20-50 pts. wt. fiber composite material, 20-50 pts. wt. nanocomposite material. The compounding agents comprises 10-25 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 10-25 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-25 pts. wt. softener, 7-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-25 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 10-25 pts. wt. antifungal agent, 5-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 5-8 pts. wt. anti-cracking agent. USE - Used as a modified nitrile rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has increased elasticity, strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and processing performance of modified nitrile rubber composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing modified nitrile rubber composite material comprising (a) placing nitrile rubber into the rubber mixer for heating, (b) placing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and silane coupling agent on the surface of nitrile rubber, (c) placing silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, fiber composite material and nano composite material into the cutting machine for cutting, (d) placing the cut silicone rubber, butadiene rubber, fiber composite material and nano composite material into the kneader, (e) adding softener to e inside of kneader, (f) adding nitrile rubber to the kneader to make the kneader mix and knead the mixture, (g) adding quantitative graphene, precipitated silica, glass fiber and chlorinated paraffin to the inside of the kneader, continuing kneading, (h) placing kneaded mixture into the rubber mixing machine and heating rubber mixing, (i) pouring curing agent, anti-mold agent, anti-aging agent and anti-cracking agent into rubber mixing machine, (j) turning on rubber mixing machine again, adding certain amount of sulfur and vulcanization accelerator to the rubber mixing machine and continue mixing, (k) placing mixed material after rubber mixing into extruder for extrusion molding, (l) super cooling extruded mixture with water for cooling, (m) placing extruded mixture into a calender for precise and precise calendering, (n) placing calendered mixture into a vulcanizer for vulcanization and (o) taking out mixture to obtain a modified nitrile rubber composite material.
