▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A material with graphene-boron nitride heterojunctions such as films or materials not supported on any surface is obtained by (a) exfoliating boron nitride crystals by ultrasound treatment in a polystyrene solution in weight ratio of boron nitride to polystyrene of 0.01-1 and polystyrene concentration 0.1-20 mg/ml, and (b) pyrolyzing polystyrene containing boron nitride exfoliated in the absence of oxygen at 700-1400 degrees C. The graphene and boron nitride sheets in contact are in superstructure configuration in portion of boron nitride crystals and polystyrene. USE - Obtaining material with graphene-boron nitride heterojunctions such as films or materials not supported on any surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method obtains graphene-boron nitride heterojunctions having catalytic, electrocatalytic or photocatalytic activity superior to that of the independent components and can determined impedance properties characterized by electronic mobility and ease of electronic transfer with the electrolyte superior to that of its individual components.
