▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 15-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene dispersion, 40-60 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 0.1-1 pt. wt. catalyst. USE - The coating is used for forming coating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has high anti-fogging properties. The coating easily spreads water droplets on the coating to form a water film without fogging due to the hydrophilicity of the carboxylated graphene dispersion. The coating has excellent film forming performance by introduction of graphene, and retains the hydrophilicity and adhesion of the carboxylated graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) mixing the carboxylated graphene dispersion in a solvent, stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the first mixture, (b) adding polyurethane acrylate and acrylic resin into a container, adding photoinitiator and catalyst under the protection of inert gas, heating at 40-60 degrees C and uniformly stirring to obtain the second mixture, (c) slowly adding the first mixture to the second mixture, stirring and reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, and cooling to obtain a third mixture, and (d) filtering the third mixture through 500-600 mesh sieve to obtain the desired coating; and (2) a method of using the coating, involving (a1) using butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butanone in a ratio of 4:3:3 to obtain a diluted solvent, (b1) diluting the coating using the diluted solvent, where the ratio of the coating and the diluted solvent is (100:1)-(100:40), and using a mixer to stir for 20-30 minutes to ensure uniform mixing to obtain the fourth mixture, (c1) filtering the fourth mixture using a 400-500 mesh filter to obtain the first filtrate, (d1) coating the first filtrate using a coating machine with an anilox roller to obtain a coating film, and (e1) curing the coating film for 3-5 minutes using a UV curing machine, where the UV energy is 1000-1300 mJ/cm2, and the UV light intensity is 170-230 mw/cm2.
