▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Highly conductive graphene composites comprises graphene, two or more heterogeneous elements doped into the graphene and one or more metal nanowires bonded to the graphene. USE - The graphene is useful for energy storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene: can be imparted with high conductivity; has controlled physical properties according to the type and content of atoms and metals; and have excellent effects in various application fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) manufacturing highly conductive graphene composite comprising (a) mixing graphene and one heteroatom to obtain precursor composition (1), (b) performing a primary heat treatment on the precursor composition (1) to obtain graphene (1) doped with a heterogeneous element, (c) adding one hetero-element precursor containing a different type of hetero-element to graphene (1) doped with the hetero-element to obtain precursor composition (2), (d) subjecting the precursor composition (2) to a second heat treatment to obtain graphene (2) doped with a heterogeneous element, and (e) adding metal nanowires to the hetero-element doped graphene (2); and (2) an applied product comprising the highly conductive graphene composite or the highly conductive graphene composite manufactured by the above method.
