NOVELTY - A reusable mask fabric is prepared by adding 10 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin powder, 2-3 pts. wt. polyurethane powder, 0.08-0.1 pts. wt. nanopowder, 0.3-0.5 pt. liquid polyacrylonitrile, 6-8 pts. wt. 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imine salt of graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonically oscillating to obtain paste material, pressing paste material, rolling, microwave foaming, stretching, sintering and forming, and reducing to obtain mask fabric. The nanopowder is prepared by using melamine formaldehyde resin, tetrabutyl titanate and nano yttrium oxide as raw materials to prepare gel. USE - The reusable mask fabric is useful for reusable mask (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reusable mask fabric does not use adhesive composite with other materials, so it will not increase the permeation resistance of the gas, and it has better ventilation property. The mask fabric can be processed to obtain the corresponding mask product, which is not limited by the electret technology, but through the control of the film micropore aperture, realizing the interception of bacteria, virus, dust and so on, theoretically can be used repeatedly for infinite.
