NOVELTY - Preparing graphene microsphere useful in paint comprises: (i) dispersing graphite powder in vinyl ester, styrene and acrylate mixed solution; (ii) mixing the mixed solution with deionized water, stirring, cooling rapidly, freezing to obtain base body fluid; (iii) thawing base body fluid, adding initiator, heating to obtain precursor body fluid; (iv) carrying out shear mixing of precursor body fluid, making graphite powder dispersion to obtain graphene emulsion; and (v) centrifuging graphene emulsion at high speed, atomizing, drying the droplets to graphene paint microsphere. USE - The graphene microsphere is useful in paint (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene microsphere useful in paint comprises: (i) dispersing graphite powder in vinyl ester, styrene and acrylate mixed solution; (ii) mixing the mixed solution with deionized water, stirring, cooling rapidly, freezing i.e. thermostat frozen for 6-8 hours to obtain base body fluid; (iii) thawing base body fluid, adding initiator, heating to reflux vinyl ester, styrene and acrylate to obtain precursor body fluid; (iv) carrying out shear mixing of precursor body fluid, making graphite powder dispersion to obtain graphene emulsion; and (v) centrifuging graphene emulsion at high speed, atomizing for droplet size of not greater than 10 mu m, drying the droplets to graphene paint microsphere, where the vinyl ester molecule containing and/or vinyl ester having an average molecular weight not greater than 300.
