NOVELTY - The corrosion-proof and abrasion-proof method involves roughening surface of blade, rinsing with acetone and ethanol, drying, mixing hard graphene fiber and hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, applying slurry on surface of blade, drying to obtain polystyrene fiber-doped hydroxyl terminated liquid rubber modified epoxy resin coating, mixing hard titanium nitride ceramic particles, graphene fiber and hydroxyl terminated liquid rubber modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, coating slurry to graphene fiber, and drying. USE - Corrosion-proof and abrasion-proof method for water turbine blade modified epoxy resin multi-coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables corrosion-proof and abrasion-proof of water turbine blade modified epoxy resin multi-coating, and the coating has no signs of abrasion and corrosion in the sediment river in trial for 1 month. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The corrosion-proof and abrasion-proof method involves (1) roughening surface of blade, (2) rinsing blade with acetone and ethanol, drying, (3) mixing 2-10 wt.% hard graphene fiber and hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, (4) uniformly applying slurry on surface of blade, drying at 90-130 degrees C to obtain polystyrene fiber-doped hydroxyl terminated liquid rubber modified epoxy resin wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating coated on the surface of blade, (5) mixing 20-65 wt.% hard titanium nitride ceramic particles, 2-10 wt.% graphene fiber and hydroxyl terminated liquid rubber modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, (6) uniformly coating slurry to graphene fiber, drying at 90-130 degrees C to obtain graphene fiber/titanium nitride-graphene fiber doped hydroxyl terminated liquid rubber modified epoxy resin corrosion-proof and abrasion-proof coating layer.
