NOVELTY - The battery has a positive pole element (11) that is set with a lithium iron phosphate active material layer (112) which is provided on an inner surface of a positive electrode aluminum foil current collector (111). One surface of a diaphragm (13) is provided with an electrolyte layer (12). A negative pole element (14) is provided with a silicon/carbon-graphite composite material (142) which is provided at an inner side of a cathode copper foil current collector (141) and is adhered to the other surface of the diaphragm. USE - Ultra-thin graphene single lithium ion battery of graphene lithium-ion battery pack (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery is obtained with high conductivity, high capacity and high performance.
