▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Magnetic nanomaterial comprises ternary system of Lawsone, graphene oxide (GO), and iron ion (Fe2+). USE - Magnetic nanomaterial used for promoting anaerobic sludge degradation of azo dye wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The magnetic nanomaterial improving mass transfer efficiency, effectively improves the biodegradation efficiency of the azo dye, realizing recovery and recycling of the nano materials, avoiding loss of water with the materials, and controlling cost of wastewater treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a magnetic nanomaterial, which involves weighing Lawsone, adding to the GO solution, and mixing well, placing mixed solution in an autoclave and heated at a high temperature to prepare a Lawsone@rGO coupling material, freeze-drying to obtain a powdery coupling material, adding powdery coupling material to the iron salt solution to be mixed and heated, and after the heating is completed, adding ammonia water continuously at the temperature to carry out the reaction, and separating material obtained from the liquid by a magnet, and washing materia and drying to obtain a magnetic nano material; and (2) a method for using Magnetic nanomaterial, which involves inoculating anaerobic sludge in the culture medium and culturing for a period of time in a constant temperature oscillato, configuring M9 medium, adding M9 medium, azo dye wastewater and magnetic nano material in a closed container, and mixing H2, N2 or CO2/H2 mixed gas to form an anaerobic system, and adding cultured anaerobic sludge to the vessel for reaction.
