▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Strengthening interface between graphene and flexible substrate based on Fanghua layer involves using Fanghua powder and chloroform to obtain Fanghua solution, where mass percentage of Fanghua powder and chloroform is 1: 50-1:100, and Fanghua powder refers to polyvinyl formal powder. The copper foil is obtained on which the graphene film is grown, immersed the graphene film in the Fanghua solution, stand for 3-7 seconds, and taken out the copper foil to dry, and layer of graphene forms Fanghua film after the graphene contacts the Fanghua solution. The target flexible substrate and Fanghua film are laid. The copper foil is dissolved with ferric chloride (FeCl3) solution, the concentration of the FeCl3 solution is 1mol/L. The FeCl3 solution remaining on the flexible substrate is washed with deionized water 2-3 times, and dried. USE - Method for strengthening interface between graphene and flexible substrate based on Fanghua layer.
