NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant high-flexibility coaxial cable comprises mixing flame-retardant phosphate and tetrahydrofuran uniformly to obtain flame retardant phosphate solution; taking triethylamine solution and tetrahydrofuran and mixing uniformly,; taking silver-plated copper wires, twisting to form an inner conductor, coating an insulating layer on the surface of the inner conductor and wrapping around the outer side of the insulation layer to form an outer conductor; wrapping a silver fiber polyimide layer around the outside of the outer conductor and forming a shielding layer to obtain a semi-finished product cable; taking thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, high-density polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, mixing at 60-70℃ for 10-15 minutes, adding antioxidant, lubricant, ultraviolet absorbent, pre-processing graphene and hydroxylated graphene, mixing, melting, extruding and coating outside semi-finished product cable, and forming outer sheath. USE - Preparation method of corrosion-resistant high-flexibility coaxial cable used for transmission of analog signal and digital signal, television transmission, long-distance telephone transmission, short distance connection between computer system and local area network. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant high flexible coaxial cable has light weight and high flexibility, good bending resistance, high cut-off frequency, fast transmission rate, excellent chemical medium resistance, and excellent flame retardant property, and has high practicability.
