▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has silicon split ring that is with the same radius and the same height, and the two partial rings share the center of the circle formed symmetrically along the horizontal axis. An upper surface of the silicon split ring is covered with a graphene monolayer, and is arranged periodically on the silicon dioxide substrate. The height of the silicon split ring is 180-200 nm. The size of the graphene monolayer is comparable to the silicon dioxide substrate. The incident light source adjusts the polarization angle of incident light. The thickness of the silicon dioxide substrate is 450-500nm. The Fermi energy level EF of the graphene is 0.1-0.4eV. The polarization angle is 0-90 degree.
