NOVELTY - The flexible display substrate comprises a flexible substrate (6). A graphene (2) is provided on the flexible substrate. The graphene is provided with a buffering protection layer (7). The buffer protecting layer is composed of silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, and silicon dioxide. The flexible substrate is made of polyimide or polyethylene terephthalate. The graphene is doped with hydroxy group-containing alkane. A connection layer (8) is formed by epoxy group-containing resin. USE - Flexible display substrate used in display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The buffer protection layer protects the graphene. The increase of graphene sheet resistance is prevented.
