▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The gas sensor has a board. An MXene hybrid sensing unit is mounted on a substrate (100) and includes multiple reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets and MXene sheets. A pair of electrodes (120) is electrically connected to both ends of the MXene hybrid sensing unit. The GO sheets have a size of several mu m, and the MXene sheets have a size of several mu m. The MXene hybrid sensing unit is a MXene hybrid fiber, the rGO sheets are stacked in the thickness direction of the fiber, and the rGO sheets are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the fiber. USE - Gas sensor used in portable and/or wearable electronics. ADVANTAGE - The GO/MXene hybrid fiber and the reduced rGO/MXene hybrid fiber improve mechanical strength and electrical conductivity.
