NOVELTY - An antibacterial absorbable suture comprises 80-100 parts mass polyglycolic acid nanomaterial, 15-25 parts mass chitosan, 3-5 parts mass polyethylene glycol, 2-3 parts mass cinnamon oil and 2-3 parts mass mannitol. The polyglycolic acid nanomaterial is prepared by mixing graphene oxide, polyethylene glycol and organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, adding dispersion to organic solvent of chloroacetic acid, stirring to obtain mixed solution, dripping organic solvent of triethylamine to mixed solution at low temperature, gradually raising temperature, refluxing, concentrating to remove solvent to obtain mixture, washing with alcohol compound to obtain crude product and blow-drying. USE - Antibacterial absorbable suture. ADVANTAGE - The absorbable suture has high tensile strength, firm knotting, excellent biocompatibility, no adverse reactions in human body and long-lasting antibacterial property.
