NOVELTY - High performance bismuth aluminum alloy comprises 30-45 wt.% beryllium, 3-4.5 wt.% nickel, 3-4.5 wt.% magnesium, 0.1-1.5 wt.% silver, 0.1 -3.5 wt.% silicon, 0.05-0.2 wt.% strontium, 0.05-0.3 wt.% zirconium, 0.05-0.2 wt.% chromium, 0.05-0.3 wt.% scandium, 0.9-3.6 wt.% silicon carbide, 0.1-0.4 wt.% graphene, and balance is aluminum, and inevitable impurities. USE - High performance bismuth aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The high performance bismuth aluminum alloy is effectively improves strength and corrosion resistance, sand it is applied in electronic encapsulation material.
