NOVELTY - Antibacterial yarn is prepared from ordinary yarn and antibacterial graphene slurry comprises 0.01-5 wt.% graphene material, 0.1-3 wt.% dispersant, 0.01-1 wt.% wetting agent, 0-25 wt.% staining agent, and the remainder is water. USE - Antibacterial yarn used for textiles include clothing textiles, interior decorative textiles, medical textiles, bedding, towels, bath towels, handkerchiefs, eye masks, face masks, and beauty skin care products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial yarn is simple in process, energy-saving and efficient, can produce products with good consistency and stability, but also is environmentally friendly, fully realize the sustainable development concept of fine chemicals and green environmental protection, and suitable for large-scale promotion and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antibacterial yarn, which involves: (A) weighing the graphene material, dispersant, wetting agent, and coloring agent into water according to the ratio, and dispersing uniformly by ultrasound; (B) mixing and immersing the ordinary yarn and the slurry at a mass ratio of 1:10-25; and (C) dehydrating and drying the soaked yarn to obtain antibacterial yarn.
