NOVELTY - Mite-removing graphene polyurethane sponge comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 10-50 pts. wt. polydopamine-modified graphene, 0.2-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 30-60 pts. wt. isocyanate, 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent and 0.5-5 pts. wt. antibacterial and anti-mite powder. USE - The mite-removing graphene polyurethane sponge is used as a mite-removing mattress (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mite-removing graphene polyurethane sponge has excellent antibacterial properties and mechanical properties, and fully meets the needs of bedding for sponge materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the mite-removing graphene polyurethane sponge comprising (a) mixing the polyether polyol, polydopamine-modified graphene and catalyst at 30-150 degrees C and stirring at 1000-3000 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain graphene polyol slurry with a slurry particle size of less than 20 mu m, (b) mixing the graphene polyol slurry obtained in step (a), foaming agent, optional cell opener and optional surfactant, adding isocyanate and reacting at 20-40 degrees C for 90-150 second to obtain the product.
