NOVELTY - A graphene paper pot formulation comprises 30-40 wt.% EKB paper pulp board, 50-58 wt.% North wood paper pulp board, 2-5 wt.% kapok fiber, 8-12 wt.% direct black red light 3 BG dye, 8-10 wt.% aluminum sulfate, 8-12 wt.% industrial salt, 0.2-1 wt.% graphene, 40-50 wt.% polypropylene raw material, 1-1.5 wt.% lubricant, 3-4.5 w% maleic anhydride and 0.5-1 wt.% white oil. USE - Graphene paper pot formulation. ADVANTAGE - The product has good toughness and very good strength, improves the rigidity of the paper cone as a whole, and without increasing the weight, and improves the low, medium and high frequency sound quality, and increasing the power and increasing the sound pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene paper pot formulation comprising taking EKB and North wood paper pulp boards, loading into the pulping machine, adding water according to material ratio of 1:3, pulping, taking slurry, controlling water content to 12-20%, adding remaining raw materials, mixing, pouring into loudspeaker paper basin mold, pressing film forming, baking and curing, cooling, polishing, taking finished product, and installing it on the loudspeaker to detect the product quality.
