NOVELTY - The device has a graphene insulating structure fixed on an outer side of a water pipe (12). A temperature control device is fixed on the water pipe. A solar panel (1), a charging controller (2) and a storage battery (3) are connected with a power supply. A central controller (9) is connected with the graphene insulation structure and the temperature-control device. The central controller is provided with a temperature sensor and a heat dissipation sensor. USE - Active water pipe anti-freezing heat preservation device based on green photovoltaic energy supply for large public building i.e., dormitory, hotel and airport. ADVANTAGE - The active water pipe anti-freezing heat preservation device is green, energy-saving, efficient and safe, low cost, long service characteristics, and it is not limited by water supply model cold and hot water characteristics, improves the traditional passive pipeline insulating structure, has stronger adaptability of the environment, realize real-time energy saving, effectively prevent the cold water pipe from freezing and explosion, and reduce the energy loss of hot water supply.
